First Saadiyat Island properties ready for delivery later this year
The freehold first residential community villas at Saadiyat Island on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi are getting ready to be delivered later this year, said Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director of Sales and Leasing at the Tourism Development and Investment Company, or TDIC.
Scholarships in museum studies for 150 students
The scholarship programme, which will include bachelor and master’s degrees in history, culture and heritage and major in Museum Studies, will be given to select 50 students every year from 2010-2011 academic year to 2012-2013. In addition to the scholarship, the TDIC will also provide employment to the students, upon successful completion of their studies, to work in the museums which are being constructed in the Saadiyat Island’s Cultural District.
